Shopmate Return Policy?
Shopmateai.com has a detailed Return Policy. Customers bear all return shipping costs unless the original products are defective. Returns can be requested within 14 days from the date you’ve received all your items. If a dispute or chargeback is opened, the processing time of refund would take up to 75 days. Items must not be washed, altered, or damaged, and must come with original package and original tags attached. All gift cards, surprise box, sale items, shoes, bikini, bodysuits, and accessories (except for scarves) are not eligible for return. If your order is purchased through store credits accumulated from previous returns, the order is not eligible for return. Purchases made using compensatory Store Credits are non-refundable.
The Return Process is as follows:
- Mail back your item (s) with a courier of your choice.
- Refund will be issued within 5 business days after receipt of your item (s).
The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. For Gift Card payments, the refund will be issued to your gift card account as full store credits equal to the returned item (s). For Bank Transfer, Paypal payments or Klarna payments, you have two options:
- Option 1 - Gift Card: full store credits equal to the returned item (s) and plus an additional 20% of that price.
- Option 2 - Cash: refund to the original payment account. Please note that the original shipping fee will be deducted.
After receipt of your return parcel, the refund will be processed within 5 business days and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. You'll receive a confirmation email when the item has been refunded. Please allow additional processing time for the refund, which varies by your payment method/card issuer.
Please note that the conditions below are not deemed as defective in quality: Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and differences in color due to differences in monitor display do not constitute quality issues.
